Sometimes known as “English toffee”, Almond toffee is actually quite different than the confection from Europe. English toffee is traditionally made with brown sugar and lacks nuts while almond toffee is made with white sugar and plenty of almonds!
We drench pieces of toffee in milk or dark chocolate and top with a generous sprinkle of chopped almonds.
