Created in a process called "dragée", revolving kettles gently coat plump, dried cherries with rich milk chocolate. A final layer of white chocolate, dyed to a beautiful red color, is layered on to create a bright, vibrant, and delicious treat. Red velvet cherries can add a "pop" of color to any day!
