Absolutely! We can have your order ready the next business day during regular store hours. Please add pick-up information in the “Special Instructions” section during checkout. If you would like same day pick up, please call the store directly, we will let you know when the order will be ready when you call. We may ask you to show proof of purchase when you arrive at the store (email confirmation, credit card used to pay, etc.).

A friendly Allô! associate may be able to personally deliver your local order. We offer this special service for select clients, businesses, and wholesale clients. Please call our store for more information. Restrictions and additional fees may apply.

We welcome advanced orders! To place an advanced order, enter your instructions in the “Special Instructions” section during checkout. You can also call our store and a friendly associate can take your advance order.

Shipping during the summer or to warm climates2019-04-27T12:35:48-05:00

Please select “Ice Packed and Insulated” from the shipping options for any order being delivered to locations expected to be above 72℉. If you fail to add ice to your order, Allô! will be unable to ship the item in a timely manner. We recommend using this shipping method during the summer months when shipping to warmer states and year-round when shipping to Arizona, California, Florida, Hawaii, and Texas.

NOTE: The ice packs used for shipping typically last 24-48 hours. Allô! cannot be held responsible for damage to products if the proper shipping options are not selected. We may need to contact you during exceptionally warm weather to discuss your shipping options.

  • Incorrect or undeliverable addresses or recipients.
  • Packages that are damaged or stolen once the delivery company takes possession of the package.
  • Deliveries made to unoccupied addresses. We will do everything we can to make sure your package is protected, but a few hours in the warm sun WILL melt chocolate products, regardless of packaging!
  • Shipping delays caused by weather, mechanical failure, or other acts beyond our control.

If you need to cancel an existing order for any reason, please contact us immediately. We are only able to accept an order cancellation if the order has not yet shipped. Unfortunately, if the order has been packaged and shipped, we will be unable to cancel or adjust the order.

Our Chocolatiers love trying new flavors and concoctions! This means that our selection changes, and that your favorite flavor may not be in stock year-round. New flavors are added seasonally, but don’t worry, chances are your favorite flavor will be back!  

If you tried something amazing that you think should be brought back, let us know and we will do our best to make sure we create more!

How should I store my Allô! products to ensure freshness?2019-04-27T12:37:38-05:00

Chocolate is quite finicky! We suggest that all chocolate be stored in a cool, dry place. Our store is kept between 65° and 68℉ with humidity levels between 45% and 55%. Though we realize that this is not always possible at home, keeping storage conditions as close to this as possible will ensure your chocolates stay fresh. Kept in these conditions, your chocolates have a shelf-life of approximately 1 month; however, we suggest you enjoy your artisans and signature truffles within 2 weeks for the best flavor. Many people elect to store chocolate in the refrigerator, especially during the summer months. We suggest letting any fridge-stored chocolates come to room temperature before enjoying for best flavor.

Our name Allô! Chocolat is pronounced “ah-low sho-co-lah”, and means simply Hello! Chocolate! in French.

Monday – Friday: 10-6pm

Saturday: 10-5pm

What is the difference between your chocolate creations?2019-03-31T22:38:18-05:00

Truffle: A chocolate coated, ganache-filled confection. At Allô! you will find Artisan Truffles, Signature Truffles, Dessert Truffles, and  Truffle Bites.

  • Artisan: Look for fun flavors in beautiful, hand-crafted shells that are updated with the changing seasons. Available shapes may include seasonal hearts, Easter eggs, butterflies, shamrocks, and shells or our regular domes. Orders will be limited to the shapes and flavors that are available at the time the order is placed.  
  • Signature Truffle: Decadent, hand-made beauties, available in a limited number of flavors. Our Signature Truffles do not contain any preservatives and we suggest you consume any products within 2 weeks of purchase.
  • Truffle Bite: The same as our Signature and Dessert Truffles, but in a convenient, bite-sized package so you can try every flavor!
  • Dessert Truffle: Beautifully decorated, large-sized truffles in a variety of unique flavors. These are sure to impress!

Meltaway: A chocolate coated confection with a creamy center that seems to melt in your mouth. Meltaways are made by combining our gourmet chocolate with coconut oil. By mixing chocolate and a lauric fat, the melting point of the creation is lower than either of the ingredients by themselves (considered a eutectic!). This gives the treat its characteristic “melt in your mouth” deliciousness!

Bon bon: A chocolate coated confection that is filled with something other than ganache. A bon bon may be filled with buttercream, nougat, fruit purée, coconut, caramel, or more. At Allô!, our chocolate assortment is filled with delicious bon bons!

Ganache: A smooth and decadent filling made by combining our gourmet chocolate with cream. Flavored or plain, ganache is the basis of our artisan, signature, and dessert truffles.

Buttercream: A flavorful filling that creates a soft centered confection. Buttercream is made by combining butter and sugar with flavors to create an endless variety of chocolate coated treats.
